Experience:
Edward worked with T.J. O’Connor & Associates from 1980 to 1988 before returning in 2000.
He has acted as Project Engineer at the planning, design and construction stages on a number of large retail, office, industrial and commercial developments. These have included new build projects on green field sites, and refurbishment of existing buildings involving extensive alterations and strengthening of existing structures.
The list of projects he has been involved in include Dublin Central and Dundrum Town Centre Developments, Ilac Redevelopment, Central Park Office Development and Nutgrove Shopping Centre, Dublin.
He has gained experience in arbitration cases and has been involved in the preparation of a Precis of Evidence and the provision of expert opinion.
