Citywest Business Campus, Dublin 24

As part of the overall development of the Citywest Business Campus, T.J. O’Connor & Associates have been involved in the masterplanning of Magna Business Park, an industrial and warehousing development, and the National Digital Park, an office park development. In addition, T. J. O’Connor & Associates have undertaken a number of site development contracts and have been involved in other developments at the Campus such as the Lake Drive Offices, Naas Road Office Development and Brownsbarn site development. The firm has also undertaken a number of transport assessments for various developments on the campus and were actively involved in the development of a Mobility Management Plan for the campus.

T. J. O’Connor & Associates also acted as designers and project managers for the Luas Line A1, an extension of the Red Line to Tallaght, from feasibility to application for Railway Order. This was undertaken on behalf of a private consortium, Citywest Luas Ltd, in consultation with the Railway Procurement Agency.
