Experience:
Paul Kilmartin has been employed with T.J. O'Connor & Associates since September 2005. He has gained significant experience on a number of projects including water treatment plants, hospitals, shopping centres and carparks. He has become proficient in computer aided structural analysis programs, which include RAM Structural System, CSC Orion RC Designer and CSC Portal Frame Designer.
